Negatives:
Booking.com offered Breakfast and Vallet parking in with total of the charges - however once on property both were additional charges to my final bill - customer service is beginning to take 2nd place to monetary charges - and everyone involved points the finger the other way - so it’s really disappointing to experience when you’re spending the kind of money it takes to stay at a Westin - really disappointing

It was close to the convention center
Negatives:
They double charged me- and didn’t fix it the first time I talked to them- so they held nearly 1000 for the weekend.
My room wasn’t clean by the 5 pm on Sunday.
For the amount of money spent I would have expected a little more.
The bed only had a top sheet tucked in- so not fitted sheet
