I loved the staff they were accommodating and attentive. the jetted tub was marvelous and the water was very hot and relaxing. It was closer to all of the main attractions. I would definitely give it a ten out of ten.

Our room was mixed up and although the guy was at the register was very business like and helpful he was the only one there. He managed to fix it in a timely manner but it took time away from the other guests if I had advice It would be to have a second person to check in guests

Would like a USB port in room they're all in lobby. Never been to hotel that doesn't have one in room. Also I slept on pull out and gave my mom the bed. The pull out was uncomfortable and my mom said her bed was hard.
