There was no light bulb in the lamp. The TV didnt work (needed to change the HDMI cable). Then the sound never came on ,so I had a TV with no sound.

I loved the convenience of the location. The lobby was very nice and the lady at the front desk the night I checked in was great.
Negatives:
The beds were horrible. They were not connected to the bed frame and any movement left you with a loud noise every time. The back of the bathroom door had something smeared all over it as well. There was absolutely no hot water. I tried the night I checked in after 14 hours of traveling and nothing. I tried the next morning and still no hot water. I had to go to a nearby Planet Fitness to use their showers. When I told the front desk the next morning all she responded with was “I don’t know why you didn’t have hot water. Do you want to speak to our manager tomorrow?” No idea like a hot shower during my stay….

Check in at 2 am went up to room it had been used an wasn’t clean goes to lobby to change room clerk didn’t come up for 2 hours I asked for refund they still charged me for room. I confront about my money they banned me because I got a refund
