Positives: not much
Negatives: When we got there we waited 15 minutes to get checked in, because someone was stuck in the elevator and was waiting for the fire department to get there, when we got to check in the room we reserved with booking.com wasn't available, I paid for a king room and was given a queen the women at the desk wouldn't help me she said I had to wait for the manager to help me, after another 10 minutesI I explained I had a receipt for a king room and now there wasn't one available the manager said I bet you do, he was rude and unapologetic they put us in a handicaped room it was unacceptable I'm not handicapped and that is not what I paid for.I guess I won't be using booking anymore

Positives: Location and the staff. Both wonderful.
Negatives: The room had a strong wet dog smell. I didnt know that pets could stay in any room or I would have requested a room with no prior pay stay. I could hear a door bark down the hallway.

Positives: We loved how pleasant Jodhua was at checkin, room was quiet, beds comfortable and breakfast just as it should be. We will definetly make this hotel our top choice traveling this area.

Positives: Clean updated facilities with pleasant staff. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional with hooks and space to accommodate all pertinent personal items.
Negatives: I asked some questions to the breakfast attendant about dairy/butter use and I feel more effort could have been used to provide answer. Person said spray butter was used on potatoes, and that more likely is a margsrine, and I could have enjoyed the potatoes. However I feel the attendant was guessing about the actual ingredients. The person was very friendly however!
Would stay at this facility in the future based on our experience from this visit.

Positives: Very good room and comfortable bed. Clean and newly renovated. Great configuration that allowed us to watch TV from the couch. Night light in the bathroom. Lots of available carts to carry luggage. Free fresh cookies at check-in! And the best welcome possible (the lady at the check-in counter was very very nice!)
Negatives: Breakfast was only slightly better than the standard hotel free breakfast stuff : it had real potatoes, and fresh sliced strawberries for the waffles (which we did not see at the time since we do not eat waffles). Everything else was standard : sausage, fake looking scrambled eggs, lots of sweet stuff (which we do not eat), bananas and apples (no oranges). We did like the salsa though, combined with the cream cheese, this salvaged breakfast for us as we were able to make a fake "huevos rancheros" platter... NOTE : We were VERY disappointed there were no biscuits and gravy... Regardless, we liked the place and will probably go back.
