2nd stay in 4 weeks. But improvements listed above would be a plus.
Positives:
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Always said hello when we entered and exited the lobby. Location was excellent! We stayed to go to the DPAC and it was so convenient. Room was very clean, spacious, loved the view! Also, lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Negatives:
Furnishings, carpet need to be updated. There was only one ottoman in front of the sofa (that served as a table) and it was very worn. No table to eat at in room, with all the extra space, it would have been nice to have a small table with two chairs.

The property was clean and well-maintained.
Negatives:
The booking stated that breakfast was included, but there was no free breakfast. Also, I had requested adjoining or at least neighboring rooms. I was told that adjoining rooms did not exist, but this wasnt true. The room that we were given did have an adjoining room, but we were not given that room, or even a neighboring room. Our second room was down the hall. Also, the front desk clerk made multiple mistakes when programming our room keys requiring me to make multiple trips back downstairs to get it corrected while my family had to wait in the hall locked out of both our rooms late at night after a long day.
