Infested with bed bugs got bitten all over hotel made no accommodations ended up leaving in the middle of the night due to the bed bugs hotel staff gave me a hard time as far as getting a refund when I didn’t even stay at the hotel . Everyone kept saying there’s nothing they can do . Horrible experience

Proximity to food and other amenities was good.
Negatives:
The outside was dirty. There was water coming from under the bathroom tiles when they were stepped on. They refused to change our room and maintenance put in a loud fan in an attempt to dry out the floor. This partially blocked access to the bathroom, and after a few hours, he took it out, saying the tiles would have to be lifted. This couldn't be done with us there, so the remaining time was spent with a floor that got wet spots when we went in the bathroom.
Someone took the small wash rags and didn't replace them, so I'm hoping I don't get charged.
