Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The hotel was clean and the location was perfect.

When I checked in, I was tired and had a headache. I went to the room but there was construction going on outside the room. The attendant became very rude when I asked if I could change rooms. He needs to be retrained in customer service.

The rude staff that apparently does not know what defines a service animal as well as never question someone about their disability as a way to further disrespect them. I don't care that the person was a CNA in the medical field..apparently not a good one

I had a bad experience with one of the staff members when I first started staying there who was very rude and unprofessional But overall everyone else on the staff has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with

Place isnt clean, smell is not good. No shampoo/gel. I got to the place with cash n the attendant could accept cash but its not written anywhere not to bring cash.
I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay at this place, dont be attracted with the amount you pay.

When I got to town and tried to check in, they told me they didn't have any rooms available because other guests decided to extend their stay. I've never heard of a hotel giving away rooms that were already reserved.

Nothing, I never stayed there. Place looked like a halfway house. Guy at desk told they just had someone die in one of the rooms. Just bad overall in my opinion. I was glad they didn't have anything available. Looked pretty ran down in my opinion. Guy at the desk was great but somebody should have called and let me know that I made a reservation for nothing. Unacceptable!

I arrived and they told me they didn't have a room for me. I never checked in. No phone call or anything. Placed looked a little sketchy anyway but I still should have received a call about availability. I drove 3 kids and had to go find another room. We were late for Duke and Notre Dame football game because of this mess.
