Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. This Durham hotel features studio style apartments with fully-equipped kitchens. Guests will be less than 20 minutes’ drive from Duke University and will enjoy a daily grab-and-go breakfast. The room was very quiet and I was able to get a good night's rest. The location was nice.
Negatives:
The place could use a deep cleaning. The couch and dinning chairs fabric was visibly dirty. The carpet was a bit dirty as well. Maybe the furniture can be changed to material that can be wiped or cleaned with water. The hotel cost was in the price range as some of the 3 star hotels, so I think it would be fair to either lower cost or provide a cleaner environment.

Honestly seems overpriced for the state the rooms are in, and as soon as you walk in the hotel reeks of marijuana. And I booked the room online and payed for it and money was taken out of my bank account already, but when checking in, the front desk lady tried to charge me full price, said it showed to collect at check in, but after showing proof that I had already booked and payed for it, she forgot about it and gave me the keys, had I not known better, they would have definitely took advantage to charge same room twice for only one night.
