Positives: Staff were very professional and friendly.

Negatives: The exterior of the place was disgusting. There was trash everywhere which was never picked up during our 3-day stay. Our sheet had cigarette burns in it. Worst of all, their room key machine was broken for the entire length of our stay. Staff had to let us into our room every time we wanted to get in. I felt so sorry for them. Finally, the clientele was very noisy, slamming doors and talking at all hours.

Positives: The best thing that happened during this cut short stay was that the two ladies from the office found my laptop and kept it safe for me to pick up the day after I checked out. I left it by mistake in my hectic exit in the early morning hours. THEY WERE EXEMPLARY. Wonderful ladies. The staff on checkin was not even close to this classy.

Negatives: There was a drug dealer staying next door to us. Kept us up all night with his dealings. Loud yelling match between several people from about 3:30 am - 5 am sealed the deal. I checked out a day early and asked for a refund. Dangerous location, not enough lighting, and not enough security detail checking out your guests. This guy dealing has been there a while. Should've been detected and evicted already.
