The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I needed to check in way earlier than the check in time and they were able to help me out. The breakfast was DELICIOUS!

Room outdated. Furniture horrible. Tub was not clean with heavy dirt ring around inside of tub. Room was near elevators and had to hear it go up and down all day & night. I was told no other rooms were available, still waiting on rooms to be turned over.
Positives:
Considering I had been staying at Red Roof Inn for years, this was a definite upgrade. Classy, comfortable room with a big TV. Love the walk-in shower

The hotel was clean, the rooms had plenty of storage and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Room was not serviced because they had over 100 guests checking out so we had no dry towels at the end of the day. Then the manager hung up on us when we called to inquire why our beds were not made and we did not have fresh towels.
