I called and ask about the pool. I was told it was open and fine, We made our reservation. When we arrived and went to the pool it was cold, no heated pool. Nothing was done the whole time we were there to repair the pool. Very disappointed. That is why we came to this hotel. We have been three times before and it was good! Wasted our money and time. That was our very needed vacation.

The thermostat didn’t work -
And the water knob fell off the wall as it was running and I was in the tub !!
Called maintenance- had to pack all my things and change rooms - no discount given for inconvenience.
Then worst runny egg omelette the next morning.. couldn’t complain- the waitress was so kind but did say something at the desk .. nicely - about all my trouble - and they did take off the breakfast charge .

Were doing construction work on property and water was shut off for hours during the day. Keys didn’t work for most of the two days we were there over and over again(basketball team/multiple rooms for stay).
