Good location for us. Close to family and restaurants. It was also clean.
Negatives:
Holiday weekend and the hotel was understaffed. First room key would not work and after 3 sets of keys the front desk asked for maintenance. I waited 45 min and no one came. We were then given another room but the phone was dead, bedside lamps didn’t work, the shower was dangerously slippery and the ice machine was out of order. Asked for the manager and was told he doesn’t work on the weekends and no one covers for him. The front desk was swamped because she was alone. I called at 9:30 a.m. on Monday to speak to the manager and he wasn’t in so I left a detailed message with my concerns and he couldn’t be bothered to return my call. The property is not properly managed. It is understaffed and not maintained. I travel extensively and this is the worst experience I’ve had.
