I was very disappointed in the customer service. My room did not have any curtains on the windows and we were exposed to the outdoors. I called the front desk and was told housekeeping would be reporting to work shortly and someone would come but no one ever came. The next morning at check out I mentioned it and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were not there but I could call Monday morning to reach them, Very disappointing. I asked for a discount on my room rate and was told they could only give me breakfast vouchers at the time, Again very disappointing and I have still not heard from anyone from Hilton.
