The location for our event at UNC was great. The breakfast was good each morning and the staff was friendly and helpful!
Negatives:
The couches in both rooms were NASTY on the outside. We spoke to the front desk worker and were told that each room was the same; they were old. Thankfully, the bed part we were mainly using them for was clean and we kept the couch pulled out our entire stay. We were not able to use the couch.

Night Manager blocked the single lane breezeway in front of the hotel entrance with his personal vehicle between 7AM and 8AM on August 7th when my wife and I were trying to carry our bags out to our car. The front desk receptionist said he was in his office in the back. As we were getting to our car, he came out to move his car, gave us a smile as we were leaving. Very inconsiderate of the hotel guests.
