It was comfortable and the location was perfect for my purposes. The breakfast was very nice and most of the staff were very friendly. Tea, coffee and chilled water were available 24/7 and the laundry was very convenient.
Negatives:
The couch in the room needs to be replaced. The ottoman was damaged around the edges and the curtain between the bedroom and lounge area was very dirty. The sound travels between the rooms. Breakfast could be until 9.30am rather than 9am. They were packing up while people were dishing up hot food. Surely they could have given them a chance to get what they required.

Breakfast was good (altho I missed bacon!). Staff was friendly. The location was near where we needed to be. The water in the shower was nice and hot.
Negatives:
I booked the hotel through a third party vendor but communicated with the hotel beforehand that I needed a handicapped accessible (walk in) shower for my elderly mother who was traveling with me, and two queen beds. I was led to believe that was going to be accommodated but it was not. When we checked in we were told there was no walk in shower available in a room with two queen beds so they put us in a room with the walk in shower that had a king bed and a pull out sofa bed which was not comfortable to sleep on at all.

The toilet ran, the havoc was very loud, then bed was not as comfortable as the other Hilton beds we have had. The kitchen help(one lady) in the morning was not pleasant and completely ignored me. I am very disappointed in this Hilton.

The room I had got broken sofa… the air conditioner so loud that we had to turn it off to fall asleep… then it got ladybug inside…
