Room wasn’t refreshed after first night, there was nobody at the front desk to check me in when I arrived at 10:05pm - I waited 25 min. for a room (I was kindly offered bottle of wine to compensate, though the room lacked a corkscrew), there was no microwave in the breakfast area to heat up the cold overnight oatmeal, no screen on sliding door to balcony.

We stayed here after evacuating our home in the mountains following Helene. The staff was really helpful and worked with us to extend our stay on a flexible basis. Our room was quiet and had enough of a kitchen that we could easily prepare breakfast. The windows open slightly (hard to find this!) and the AC was an interior wall unit - not the awful window unit style. Bonus is they have a destination charger for Tesla. We will stay here again!

Lock on our bathroom door was broken. Staff was overworked with breakfast. Last day of our stay, they were put of plates and several other items needed restocked at breakfast.
