I liked the design of the room, especially the combination of the closet area and bathroom behind a sliding door.
Negatives:
The bar. I didn't expect there to be a bar, but since there was i stopped by and the end of the day on Saturday. It was very poorly stocked and it seemed like nobody could get the drink they ordered--you had to work with the bartender to make do with what little he had.

Positives:
The common areas were very nice. Outside looked great and location to Duke neurology clinic was perfect. Our usual hotel was booked so we tried this one out.
Negatives:
Rooms weren't very clean. Had a musty smell in rooms. Hallway to rooms smelled bad as well. Coffee on the walls. Mold and hair in the shower. Too many extra fees as well. Need to put more care into the rooms. No luggage carts anywhere making us take multiple trips to the car and room. Carpet was filthy with stains in hallways and rooms. Elevator needed fixing.

Hotel is outdated, smelled of cigarettes, multiple occurrences led to us leaving before the stay was up. Non staff personnel trying to enter my room, random kids asking for water randomly at my door and towels left outside my room, lack of management help
