Negatives:
Everything, roaches in the room. Homeless camping in tents by the main entrance when you pull into the parking lot. Stains on the bedding. At night the lights are so bright it shines through into your room.

It was a cheap bed and shower.
Negatives:
Luckily my room had 2 beds, because there were some questionable stains under the blanket of the first bed. The whole building (including my room and the elevator) smelled of cigarette smoke, despite all the “100% Smoke Free!” Signs everywhere. The elevator didn’t have any certifications posted, the parking lot was full of people loitering around vehicles and people smoking on the balconies and breeze ways. Showers got hot, sink didn’t. (Don’t know how that was possible).
