One staff member went above and beyond. Her name is Sarah. Otherwise, the staff was unconcerned by situations that occurred on their property.
Our car was hit in the parking lot and scratched by a key down both sides. Homeless individuals knocked on out hotel door begging for money & harassing us late at night. It made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe! Our vehicle is now severely damaged.
Clean, comfortable bed. Only issue was a very loud bathroom fan. But other than that I was in a modern, updated room.

I liked most was the location and the convenience to all the nearby shops and stores
No hair dryer or iron and ironing board in room. No refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave in room. Heating and air conditioning unit very noisy.
The rooms were extraordinary really clean and updated! In addition the hotel employees were extremely accommodating!
Easy highway access
It would have been nice to know they require a $50 deposit.

Low noise level cleaning staff made sure we had clean items can get to a lot of businesses by foot.
Long wait just to check in. No enforcement of smoking policy. All of my clothes smelled like smoke. I'm an asthmatic, this put me in a very unsafe situation.
It was very quiet, for the most part, and the rooms were big and clean. The staff was very nice.
The fact that only 1 person could go in to the lobby "small space" outside the lobby-- sucked!! It was not near the computers so the staff had to get up to hear us because we all had masks on then go back to their computer.
Room was not serviced on a daily bases. Towels and trash was left in my room for days. Had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. Noise level from other quest was excessive during the nights.
The clerk at check in was very personable and helped with anything I needed. You could tell housekeeping actually cleaned thoroughly even though they were short staffed.
Location may not make you feel the most comfortable and the outside of the building could use updating.
Outstanding location and extremely well-lit.
Huge divot in mattress; sketchy area and clientele; wifi technically available, but was so poor that I couldn't even open a webpage when connected. The worst hotel I have stayed at in years.
