Allow pets. We heard a dog bark for 2.5 hours while the owner was away.

Size of suite, cleanliness and comfort of bed. Also, the front desk staff who were so welcoming and helpful.

ADA accommodated bathroom had no counter space for toiletries, Kleenex, etc.

We have stayed here before. No problems. This time the room was so bad we told the desk twice. We would have requested relocation if our stay was more than one night. Horrible smell, black mold in bathroom, shower rod dangerously loose, paint peeling.

Very clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful staff.
Negatives:
We had a hard time adjusting the heat in our room (thermostat didn't seem very responsive) but that was just a minor thing as it wasn't too cold. They also charge a $75 pet fee which is standard but I wish they'd charge a refundable deposit instead.

The hotel was fine but the first night I had no heat and no rooms was available and the lady act like she couldn't accommodate me.On Sunday new staff the and the front desk the lady got me a different room I payed to much money to be cold.
