Positives:
We were transfered to another room when there was water leak from the ceiling. Room above our room had flooded. Friendly and helpful employee were polite and explained what happened, gave us the keycard right away to move to another room.
Negatives:
Loud area, loud employees smoking and chatting outside the utility room next to my door in the middle of the night, I was in #102. The light in the bathroom takes a while to light on after turning the switch.

The bed was comfortable is the only good thing about this hotel.
Negatives:
We had to go find an atm at a sketchy gas station because they wouldnt accept a debit or credit card. Then instead of allowing us to go inside to get checked in, I had to stand outside at a window in the cold to get checked in at 1 am. The next morning our shower also would not turn on. Worst hotel I have ever booked.
