The room was dirty hair and dirt all over the floor. Hair in the tub, stains all in the fridge, Roaches were crawling everywhere the blankets had stains and a lot of burn holes. AC did not work right I called to be moved to another room because it was hot, but I was told no rooms available but there clearly was and also had a friend call He said rooms were available. They are there just to make money and do not take pride in the building and they don't care or accommodate their Customers.

Awful experience, the add said it gave breakfast and that was not true. They took longer to check us in, they weren’t unprepared and the place was dangerous. There was even an incident with a car crash in one of the rooms.

The room was dirty, disgusting, mold on ceiling and frig. Dirt on carpets and marker drawings on back or door, walls, bed headboard. Hair in the tub when we walked in. Lights didn't work. The others staying in adjacent rooms were loud and up all night. We were nervous that our truck was going to be broken into or stolen. The parking lot was covered in trash and the dumpster was overflowing with a smell that carried to our room. We would have found another place to stay had we not checking in, beyond tired and the funds withdrawn from account before hand.

Bathroom (toilet) was not cleaned and sink cabinet was not wiped down. Luckily I had Lylcol wipes and cleaned them myself. Shower water was a straight stream and hard to rinse off. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths, only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel on room. No towel to stand on once out of Shower either and trash not dumped and plate with food was in trash....Toilet paper low and the paper the roll was on, was in hole behind the partial roll...
