This was the second time I’ve booked a room at this hotel. One through booking and one through actual website. BOTH times I went to check in and they told me that they couldn’t find my booking so they can not give me a room. Both times I showed them the receipt of money being taken out and both times I was informed they see a transaction but no booking so I can not stay. First trip it was myself and my toddler. The female at the reception desk was very rude. My toddler needed to use the bathroom and the female at the desk would not let her due to us not having a room that showed we paid for. My toddler ended up having an accident and the female at the desk stated we needed to leave. I called Hilton who stated they see my booking they will try and remedy the situation. I sat In my car for two hours fuming. When Hilton returned the call they informed me I could now stay. I told them absolutely not with that form of customer service. Do not go here. Similar incidents with them not finding bookings but having a receipt have happened with others I know. This place will scam you out of an over priced $300 a night. The employees at the hotel have no customer service. They are not family oriented. The list can go on. Worst experience in a hotel ever.

The ac takes longer to cool down than it should. I think they should upgrade their tv's to smart tv's plus the bathroom handle to the shower was broken the shower curtain was torn just a few updates and the stay would be perfect !
