Tv did not work but was remedied in about an hr. Not enough towels at check in for the entire family and couldn't get any until the next afternoon. Pool did not open till 12. It was hot outside at 9.

Breakfast, this was okay below my expectation. Not enough to choose from. Whish they have more and variety of fruits. Juice machine was not well because it was water out.

Positives:
My room was clean and brite. Everything was exceptional in the room itself.
Negatives:
At breakfast, I observed children taking multiple items that completely depleted the items available and no restocking took place. No adults were anywhere around supervising the children putting food in bags to take away with them. This was at 745am and I could not find any staff tending to the eating area to restock. The only items left were packages of instant oatmeal. This was repeated the second day. I didn't get anything to eat at either of the breakfast sessions, because there appeared to be no one restocking anything. Even the coffee machine had only hot water. The hall way to my room was dirty and the elevator had trash in the corners. Basically things weren't clean outside of my room.
