Been here a few times.. all the rooms have massive gap under door that cold af air can blown though in winter.
I had to hook up cable to TV because it wasn't getting any channels and cable was to far away. So I moved TV and hooked to coax hookup.
Giant patch on wall in bathroom that's totaly different color and unfinished.
Light fixture was uninstalled and laying on top of hanging cabnet.
Alots of hooks for curtains were missing or unhooked
Headboard that was on wall is on floor beside bed.
Everything I found "wrong" was easy to address.. but felt like it always has, like owners don't care to address the fit and finish issues in rooms

The loud ness all hours of the night until 3 then at 6 it was loud again I finally just got up and left at 6:30 it was bad. The bathroom in the room was nasty. The toilet ran most the time. Wouldn’t even sit on the seat. Definitely wouldn’t take a shower.

The staff. We requested a late checkout at 12. At 10:30 someone knocked on the door to ask us if we were leaving and woke my baby up. And then at 11:40 my boyfriend left the room to carry bags to the car and a male staff member immediately entered the room, I was standing there with no clothing on because I was in the middle of getting dressed. He proceeded to close the door and then knock repeatedly until I answered it (once I was dressed) to ask me if we were planning on leaving. Never apologized or even acknowledged that he had just walked in on me naked. My family and I were very upset and will never stay there again even if it is adorable.

It was close to the airport and was near many restaurants and gas stations to fill up my rental car.
Negatives:
No breakfast, what they gave you was not very healthy. Granola bar and a juice box that probably great for kids but not for adult.

Nothing. The place is old and dilapidated. I didn't like anything about this place. It is old and run down and needs to be bulldozed to the ground.
Negatives:
The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bed had burn holes in the bedspread, and the bed smelled like sweat and sex. The door to the bathroom had what looked like blood or ketchup on the door. The bathroom was supposed to be handicap friendly, it had one rail beside the shower and toilet. Ridiculous.

I really liked how nice the staff was. Even after I had to check out & wait to check back in everyone constantly came to my truck to make sure that I was okay & didn’t need anything.
Negatives:
I was out traveling for work & my truck ended up causing problems my last day so I had to get a room for 2 days. It was exactly what I needed something clean & quiet, the staff was amazing! They even helped me out.
