The convenience of its location to the reason I stayed in Franklin, NC.
The niceness of management. The rest of the staff was rude unless management was around.
Negatives:
WE GOT A SWEET WITH A KITCHENETTE
1) place smelled like insecticide when we opened the room door
2)The rude staff, i.e., the woman yelled really hatefuly to myself and one other person getting their breakfast. Because I didn't know how to work the waffle maker, and he was putting his coffee lid on wrong.
3) I went to take a shower and my washcloth had blood on it from where it didn't get all the way cleaned out ( I do understand blood can be hard to get all the way out, but don't put it in someone's room).
4) When we turned the lights on in the morning, we found a roach. We actually caught it to show the hotel employees/management. We didn't make a big fuss about them not returning any money back to us. We used a 3rd party booking company. Therefore we understood, but the same lady that was mean before was again to my husband this time.
5) The mean lady changed her whole tone of her voice when her boss walked in.

The 1st room we were given had a non working toilet. It did not get resolved till the next day ! The early desk clerk was very helpful.

Absolutely nothing, soon we walk trough the door we already smelled the moist air

We walked in our room and the molded smell hit it so hard that I was thinking about to leave and run away .
We haven’t slept that night and my son got sick , he couldn’t breathe and was so ill that he started throwing up.

The dirty towels. There wasn't much to the breakfast. We are missing a 6 year olds, favorite shirt. It is orange and says Mac & Cheese. I tried calling so many phone numbers to see if it was there and could not get a hold of anyone.
