The front desk rep after I made a reservation to pay at the property, ran my cash card and while he told me it didn’t go through it in fact did. I proceeded to give him another card card, which had a fraud alert on it that I was unaware of because I had visited another state and had charges in another state. The fact that he ran two different cards without approval, he asked me to leave the property and said he could not give me the room. He was extremely rude. He told me to go. I’ve never been so insulted in my life. this man was so far from having Customer Service experience, it was very sad. I’ve had to work with Booking.com and Cash App to get this refunded as he took no responsibility.

Bad smell in hallway and hotel room despite oil air freshener in hall. Grounds were fair on cleanliness. Pool had no water. Fan in bathroom very loud and had no separate switch to turn off. Staff barely attentive when at desk. When not at desk unavailable
