I liked that they had 2 bar drinks per person and 2 meals a day!

I didn’t like that all meals had some kind of pork in it. So if you don’t eat pork there was really nothing to eat.

Not enough staff for breakfast, one poor girl trying to do all work, two others standing talking at front desk, NO adult time in pool, just for kids and pool nasty by time they all got out. Should not allow young children in hot tub at all. Should not charge cleaning fee for pets daily.. one cleaning fee sufficient…. Front desk staff unfriendly to say least.

Negatives:
Too much noise in the parking lot at night. Young people hanging in the parking lot at night, a bad look for the hotel. Also the site of an armed security guard in the lobby at night left some concern. I am from Michigan, and was visiting my daughter for the Easter holiday weekend. I was initially planning to stay for three nights, but left a day earlier due to the above issues. My complains were stated to the hotel staff who promptly refunded my funds for the night that I didn't stay. I have previously stayed with your hotel chain when vising in Cincinnati Ohio and was very pleased.
