Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. No hot water for a day and a half, had to rent a room else where too shower for my meetings. Hotel didn't offer anything for breakfast. Hotel didn't try any compensation for inconvenience for showers so this place is definitely off my list for future business trips.

The room was great. I love the size and furniture. The kitchen was great. Love that they have dishes and The bathroom was a very nice size. They have a nice size gym and laundry room. Friendly staff. Love that they had 2 elevators.
Negatives:
Their security was not great at all. The reason for my low rating is that when we got there, the lady said that the sofa bed doesn't open, she didn't offer the extra bed until the next night and on my last night at 2am the room above must've had some kind of water damage because the light fixture came down, the bathroom was leaking, and over my bed with so much water. I spent all night cleaning it up, moving my bed making sure it didn't wake my sons.
