Booked a king room with sofa bed on booking.com, when we checked in they said that they dont even offer a king room with sofa bed. Was stuck with a roll away bed. Said it va was false advertising on booking and was really rude about it. So Im not sure who is the problem but I am not happy that I paid for that and should have gotten a better price. Wont happen again
