- one day late due to flight, 2x communicated, no response, paid for the lost day while receiving a lesser room (my room given to someone else while continuing to pay = 2x penalised = too much
- noise: with airco like an airplane, without airco like a train (other ventilation systems?)
- waste, waste, waste: breakfast with plastic cutlery, plastic cups, jam/cheese/... in plastic ... not good /lazy as dishes go in dishwasher.

My flight was cancelled and I couldn’t make it for the first night
The desk people were not kind when I told them that I am leaving at 4 am in the morning and would appreciate breakfast to take with me as I already paid for it
However, at the time of departure a nice old lady in the hotel made me coffee and gave me some light food to take with me to the flight
