Positives: The location is great. Not to mention how quiet the area is. The grounds of hotel were clean and well kept.
Negatives: I upgraded and paid $80 for a deluxe room , which is supposed to have fridge, hair dryer, phone, alarm clock etc..... Well my fridge didn't work. I complained and the front desk never sent anyone to check it out. The hair dryer was missing,not enough room

Positives: It was close to the airport.
Negatives: I asked for a non-smoking room without knowing that ALL of the rooms smell like smoke. The smell was horrible and the sheets and pillows had a smoke smell. I reported the problem and was moved twice. However, each room smelled the same.

Negatives: I paid extra for breakfast. Clerk said they didn’t serve breakfast. Did not offer a resolution or refund. Also free WiFi? Ha would not allow anyone to connect. Crappy hotel with crappy service.

Negatives: Roaches not clean it seeam like they don't clean te toilet nasty all around gross I aks for somebady to cleaned and never hapen. Their hosekepers aren't doing a good work
