The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was efficient and competent. Breakfast was really good!
Negatives:
Parking was inadequate due to the large bar/restaurant next door. We went elsewhere for dinner and had to circle the hotel twice before we found a parking space. Then, at about 1:30 am and again around an hour later, noisy groups came back to their rooms. Sound-proofing inadequate. I recommend staying elsewhere on a Saturday night.

Air conditioner didn't cool very well and my husband had to fix the toilet so it would flush.

The accommodations did not meet the standards advertised. The swimming pool was undergoing renovations, the hallway carpeting was in a state of disrepair, and there were individuals engaging in illicit drug transactions in the hallway. Additionally, there was a consistent lack of available parking spaces.

Cleanliness was low. Bathroom had hair and wet floor. Glad they came for cleaning every day.
Breakfast was below average.
Park arrangements are poor. Parking arrangements are poor. If the purpose of the place is to rent the space for events then they should better plan the parking. Staying guests have no space to park. We struggled both days of the stay to find a parking space.
