I made this reservation and was told I had to put a $100 deposit since it was 3rd party. I called today and was told I would not get that back because it had a urine odor in the room. I want to know why it cost $100 to wash the blanket? This is unacceptable. I want my money back. The customer service I experienced on the phone was awful. People have accident's and my mother is older and has an issue holding her urine so it might have got on the blanket, but that's what a washing machine is for. I'm very disappointed with how this has been handled.
