The condition of the hotel, quality of the linens, breakfast selection, location and the lies. We upgraded our room and it was pointless-the pillows were rock hard, we didn’t have a snack basket and this hotel is overpriced. The front desk staff had to run off a homeless guy while I was checking in. She left me at the counter to go yell at him-literally. Definitely a 1 star hotel.
