Neat and nice clean rooms despite being checked in an hour before.kids were so tired but felt relaxed to find the rooms were already ready.

The sign board for it not clear as should have little confusing when you turn left from highway to it’s way . The clear instructions of way should be provided.

There was an EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional desk clerk on duty during morning shift.
I had two unpleasant encounters with her: the first being over the phone when I called to confirm my booking and to advise that I would be bringing a pet. She made no effort to look up my reservation and her response to my comment about traveling with my dog was “So?”.
The second was during checkout. After waiting approximately 20 minutes at the unattended front desk, I walked into the breakfast area to inquire with another staff member. In the middle of the conversation, she appeared and loudly admonished from the desk: “Get that dog out of the break room”.
I explained that I was looking for someone because I needed to checkout and was told “Give me the key cards”. She looked up the information on the system and said “You won’t get any deposit back until we inspect the room”.
After this, she didn’t say another word nor acknowledge that the check out was complete.
Please address this with the staff member. I left feeling very uncomfortable and it set a negative tone for the long day of travel ahead.
