The staff and the breakfast were both excellent. Great room size as well.

The room smelled a bit, and the room did not have updated USB ports for charging convenience. It was an older hotel as per the furnishings and bathroom tiles, etc.

Staff was very helpful, check in was easy as well as check out and the offer of breakfast and different choices at breakfast was a plus along with welcoming of water and snacks upon arrival.

the mattress were a some what hard to sleep on comfortably and the updating of the rooms decor needs some up dating.

Access was tricky as you had to go through the entrance to the Hampton Inn to reach the Holiday Inn express.

There was standing water in the shower when I tried to use the shower, the room was really stuffy, and the air unit would not switch off of heat. The bathtub needed to be replaced. The bottom was wavy and not level.
