best hotel ive ever stayed at. staff was very kind and catering, room was perfect and very clean.
Negatives:
I hated the Barn door in the room, I feel you need a secure door for the bathroom, felt like you had no privacy, also the bathroom sink did not drain well and the toilet paper holder had no rod to hold the paper roll , I just feel like when you see something like that, you fix it! Not enough toilet paper was left only 1 extra roll, had to go to the front desk for more.

We have stayed here a few times in the last few years and had a much roomier feeling room. This one is the first stay in about 3 years and the hotel is def showing some age and abuse. I understand you rent to contractors,and they are entitled, but they certainly are hard on furnishings and surrounds….cabinetry broken off, door to fridge compartment would not stay closed…heat/air unit seemed to run continually and very noisy!

The sink handle came off in my hand. The box spring outer covering was torn away from the bed frame. The room definitely can benefit from some upgrades

. The correct room we booked 309 was great after having to move from the first 417. Our problem was my husband was scheduled for surgery at 5:30am. The party next to us was having a party we called downstairs: they did move us unfortunately the room was under them so we also had to listen to the feet pounding on the ceiling as well. Had never had a bad experience like this at the Hampton before.
