Positives:
Location, location, location!! Plentiful breakfast with lots of options. Enjoyed the gazebo on top of the dune that separated the motel from the beach. Was quiet and very affordable given the location (we did book 6 months in advance) I know others staying there paid a lot more than we did for our four night stay.

It is an older property that is pretty well maintained. Could have used some more chairs for guests near the beach

The location was perfect! The breakfast was very good and plenty of it.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that there was no place to sit that was comfortable. Almost everything was either flat wooden or chairs so tall one had to climb up to sit. Very difficult for people in their 80s.

The layout of the property was difficult for handicapped and seniors. I had to walk very far from check in office to where my room was located.
I couldn’t get to breakfast because of the stairs.

We arrived early and were able to check-in quickly without an additional fee. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Housekeeping services every day and provides plenty of towels. The walk to the beach is great for any age. Excellent oceanfront location!

It was close to the beach.
Negatives:
Elevator not working. We had to carry all our luggage and walk all the steps all week. Elevator was sketchy all week. Never knew what floor you would end up at or if it would even work. Uncalled for.
Tall board which caused tripping hazard out to balcony.
Pillows looked and felt like lying on a marshmallow.
Bathroom doors gave no privacy. They were rolling barn doors. Not ideal for a hotel room.
Rooms were small with little space to put things and move around.
Terrible unhealthy breakfast. Full of carbs and sugar.
We had no parking for 2 nights in a row. We had to drive around for 20 minutes just to find a place to park. Uncalled for because we are paying guest. They just let anyone park in their small parking lot. Uncalled for.
