1. The first room had a refrigerator that defrost, and water was all over the floor. The maintenance man suggested having the floor mopped that should do since it had defrosted already. Left and came back several hours later, and water again was on the floor.
2. Was given a second room. My wife woke up in the middle of the night screaming because a roach was in bed. We checked out at 3:45 am.
3. Was told Manger would contact me
As of 0:59 p.m., I haven't been contacted .
Telephones in the building didn't work in order to contact the front deck, i had to walk to front desk.
4. The second floor hallway near the stairs was not even. I am surprised that no one has hurt themselves.
5. This was our anniversary weekend, not my most inspiring moment.

At check-in we had to go through four sets of keys in order for the front desk to realize something was wrong with the door and room 307.  In addition, the room smelled like animal waste.  We were finally moved to room 311 and that room also smelled like animal waste.  As a dog owner, I expect some animal smells however, the streaks of the animal waste noted, it’s obvious the animal waste is down to the floorboard underneath the floor tiles. I’m sure if the health department were informed, there would be some fines.
