Positives:
The "rooms" were clean, but in the first room the heater did not work properly. The room was not cold, but the heater did not blow heat into the room. Only the fan would run. The room was chilly. I told the front desk twice about the problem, but no repairman came. They transferred me to another room

See above about the heater and me having to move all my belongings back into my car and moving to another room because of the malfunction of the heater. Major inconvenience to me.

Positives:
The location of the hotel was nice. It was a very short walk to the beach. Being able to walk out in the morning to see that sunrise was very nice. The breakfast was also good.
Negatives:
The hotel room was very unsatisfying. The bathroom door had dirty foot prints on the back of the door. There was still sand around the room from previous guests. The paint job around the room and bathroom was very poor and looked like mold may be building up in the corners of the bathroom. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The front desk assistant when we checked in was very bland and wasn't very welcoming and then had me sign the wrong paperwork and I had to correct her. The showers were also very slippery and could hurt someone. The signal in the rooms was also very poor.

First I left a wake up call request, never got to wake up call. Second the bathroom shower needs serious attention. Thirdly the in-room coffee maker had no coffee to make. Fourth the safety lock on the door was unusable.

phone in room did not work..they knew about it b4 I told them...no kcups for the coffee maker..(had been out for two weeks), very limited TV channels, room next to ours man was loud and rude and had a dog. Bed was not very comfortable.

Great location near all of our favorite things. Beach access. Pretty good breakfast options, comfortable bed, reasonable price. 2 years in a row staying here.
Negatives:
Couple times there was no one at the front desk. Had to talk to a disinterested person on the kiosk screen in the lobby. Employee on screen seemed like he couldn't care less about anything I said or needed. The year before I was much happier with the staff friendliness and availability.

We decided not to go for multiple reasons. One main reason was that we continued to communicate with Booking.com to get in touch with the hotel and we could never get in touch with the hotel. The hotel called us last minute on the day that we were supposed to check in literally two hours before I check in, so our questions and concerns that we had been trying to communicate previously all week never got addressed then when we communicated our situation when we talked to them, they still tried to charge us even though we didn’t go and even though we and booking.com tried to communicate with them several times I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
