Negatives:
They were roaches everywhere. Roaches where in the waffle machine and come out in my waffle they never clean ed my room habe contacted booking,.com and told them at motel the did nit care

It's an older building but very well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Didn't like check in via video screen. I didn't have the option or discussing account rings or being right next to each other.

The extra deposit charged at time of check in. The nastiness of the room. Smelled like wet dog, dog and human hair in shower, microwave, and pupil hair on commode. Bed was very uncomfortable. And the noise of guest was disturbing last night of stay. Will never stay again at this location

Positives:
It was oceanfront HOWEVER, to see the ocean, you had to be on the 3rd floor.
Negatives:
People were leaving because their room was “moldy” smelling on the 3rd floor. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was ok. It had no moldy smell (I have asthma), there was NO carpet on floor (very cold), small square bed pillows (throw pillow size), hallways & stairwells were dark, old, dirty and smoky smelling.
