Positives:
I liked the location it was beachfront and a short drive to stores and restaurants. I paid the extra to check in early and it was worth it and they put us on the 2nd floor which was same floor as pool and beach access. The pool area provided clean towels and didn't close until 10pm.
Negatives:
The pool area can be very slippery. The water is dragged out into the hotel hallways and had to constantly tell me kids to slow down to not slip. They just need some more rugs to have more coverage.

Positives:
The location was wonderful. It was close to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, The beach was right behind the hotel, and a lot of really good restaurants within walking distance. There were also a lot of local attractions within a short drive away.
Negatives:
Our room was not cleaned very well. When we got into our room, there was a strong musty smell so the next morning we asked reception to ask the cleaners to change the shower curtains as we think that was the source of the smell and there seemed to be what looks like molds on the curtains.
My sister also discovered what looked like food stains on the comforter, and the cleaners did not replace it either.
The cleaner came when we were still in the room so she just removed the shower curtain and used towels and we asked her to come back in half an hour. In using the sink to wash my hands before we left I decided to put the hand towels on the bathroom floor so it can be replaced because we know we were not going to have the room cleaned before we checked out. The cleaner did not replace the hand towel. Whoever came back to clean our room just folded the towel.
When we git back in the room for the night, the smell in the room improved considerably with new shower curtain installed.

Since it was not the room we paid for 3 months in advance, we did not like the room or anything about the hotel.
Negatives:
We could have been given the room with a hot tub that we paid for on Feb. 26th for May 26th and 27th. Instead, we were called 4 hours before checking in to be told booking.com over booked and we could not have that room, but they moved us to an ocean front room. We would have gone somewhere else to get a hot tub room for my husbands 75th birthday on May 26th. The room was small, not clean and in need of new carpet.

Location, cleanliness and comfort were top notch. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good. The staff were nice. Check in and out a breeze.
Negatives:
I needed to check into work twice a day and WiFi kept shutting down. We felt the breakfast was pricy so ate there once then went across the street the next 2 mornings- Miller's. Very good, fast and reasonably priced.

Close to shopping, and in walking distance of restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tub were open, both were very clean. The weather was windy and too chilly to go lay on the beach however the hotel access to the beach was great for just walking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean.
