the location was great staff was very helpful when asking for pillows and extra towels

they had a gas leak from somewhere they booked the 2,3,4th floors with an elementary school group so the facilities were like shutdown because it was so many ppl i was never informed of this or that the water would be cut off for 8 hrs one day .i would have re boked at another hotel if i had of know all the issues the pool was so murky and chlorinated that u couldn't breath in swimming area or barly swim

Bathroom doors don’t lock. Tv didn’t work. Staff seemed to not care. Charged me $100 for chips mashed in floor but didn’t bring cleaning supplies during our 4 night stay while requested.. so the chips caused damage to the floor I guess ? lol.. so much chlorine in the pool/hot tub your skin breaks out.. location was perfect but the operation of the hotel is a bit off..

They charged me an extra 35 a night i wasn't aware if this they told me when I checked in I didn't budget for all that extra money when I got the final statement for 572.00 then tack on extra so the final bill was 691.00 I'm not to pleased with this I stayed there before a few times never had an issue til now I think I might have to stay at another place come Sept
