Poor Maintenance, Poor sanitation, no housekeeping (by request only and told to remove valuables by front desk).
Had to purchase bleach, paper towels and window cleaner to make the room acceptable to stay in. Bathroom was filthy! Room was not vacuumed. Empty beer can behind nightstand. Door would not close properly for room 418.
Glass window was damaged and could not see through due to milky appearance.
Elevator broke for one day, Fire alarm and evacuation on another day. Central Air conditioner failed on another day. Should not have the rating of 4.8 on Booking.com!!

Positives:
Proximity to the beach, restaurant on property, great staff, and plenty of parking for guests. Awesome views of fireworks from beach! I travel with POC and walker and was able to get around hotel and onto the beach (hubby carried walker through short distance of soft sand for me)!
Negatives:
Very uncomfortable bed, which surprised me. Hotel is a bit dated with a few minor items that were showing signs of wear and tear but overall was very nice stay.

The elevators was down but being worked on! The AC went out in our room and was 85°! When we went to tell them about the AC, the staff acted very rude! They did not even try to accommodate us they acted mad that we were complaining about the AC. The rooms are clean but the beds are hard.
