Ed who checked us in. We were early he asked me didn’t you read the website 5 pm check in. Then he said he would give us a call when the condo was ready. He didn’t, and when we did check in we were talking to the new person about Ed and she looked on the call sheet and our name wasn’t even on it. The place is old and run down but the view was amazing. Dust everywhere on the coffee table someone’s coffee ring and under the coffee table we moved it for comfort 2 pieces of cantaloupe, corn nuts and 1 watermelon piece,In the bathroom there was long black hair everywhere especially around the bottom of the shower curtain. A lot of emotions surrounding the things that Ed said at the first check in he is definitely not a people person. We had 2 rolls of TP JUST went out and bought some for fear of what ED would say. We have been here several times before but I’m not so sure we will ever go back.

The room was full of mildew and made me horribly sick. The smell of mildew/mold was horrible. Sadly There were no other room options. We only stayed one night. The mildew smellnwas very present in the air vent. The carpet was damp so likely mold and mildew present underneath.

A little pricey to stay. Bathroom look dirty. Had wash cloth hanging on the shower rod and there was bathroom cleaner in the tub that have never been rinsed out. One of the beds was very wrinkly. Look like it may have not been clean so we slept in other bed Went to restaurant to get something to eat. Sit there for 20 minutes and finally got waited on. Said they would be right with us. Give us 10% off of our meal but then again by staying there they give you 10% off breakfast with a little coupon card. It is what it is

The hotel is right on the beach and the views are amazing. Beach access is also wonderful. The staff here are always friendly and helpful here.
Negatives:
The first 2 days the elevator was broken. However staff did help us move out luggage up to our room. Would be nice to have breakfast included with our stay.

The view was unbelievable

There were 2 elevators in this hotel, 1 was broken the whole 6 days we were there and the other went down 2 days after we arrived and was not fixed until the day before we left. We were on the 4th floor and my husband has a really bad knee and it made it impossible for him to leave the room more than once a day climbing 96 steps, coming and going.
The balcony door also did not latch.

Elevator went down during our vacation so carrying our stuff up stairs constantly. (On a positive side staff majorly helped carrying and Elevator was repaired quickly)
