Check in is awful at 5pm. I've NEVER stayed anywhere that check in was that late but then they want you out by 11am. This process needs to change like yesterday. This is definitely not customer friendly. Bathroom is small and tub had rust in it.

We chose this hotel because of the restaurant located inside it. Wanted to have dinner and breakfast there. But since we arrived on Sunday, it was closed and is only open for breakfast now most days. We felt as though we were being punished for using Booking.com to reserve our room. We arrived at three pm and were told clean rooms were ready for check in. However, because we had booked thru Booking.com, we were told we couldnt have one until after five. He told us to wait somewhere and that he would call us when it was ready. We waited and waited. We went back to the desk at ten to five, only to find he was gone for the day and there was another person working the desk. Our room was ready and we were not going to ever get a phone call. Good thing we went back to check.

Could be a bit cleaner but it is an older hotel that has been battered by the ocean for years. Inside of the rooms and the bathroom of our room could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival.

A little pricey to stay. Bathroom look dirty. Had wash cloth hanging on the shower rod and there was bathroom cleaner in the tub that have never been rinsed out. One of the beds was very wrinkly. Look like it may have not been clean so we slept in other bed Went to restaurant to get something to eat. Sit there for 20 minutes and finally got waited on. Said they would be right with us. Give us 10% off of our meal but then again by staying there they give you 10% off breakfast with a little coupon card. It is what it is
