Staff is PHENOMENAL. Location is great.
Negatives:
Got the meal plan - based on previous reviews. Was expecting a buffet as opposed to sit-down. While the food was pretty good, it was just way too much that early in the morning. If you're not used to eating a really big breakfast, you should probably skip the meal plan.

The food and the staff in the small restaurant were always outstanding.

I brought my PTSD service all down with me. When I checked in, I informed the front desk that the only time my dog and I would be in the room is either to sleep at night or early in the morning before we went out. I honestly don’t think the room was cleaned but maybe once. Sunday morning my Keurig quit working. I went down and told the nighttime front desk person and asked her to please have one brought up. My dog and I left that morning and I informed Zabrina of the problem and she said she would get it taken care of. I also said the room had not been clean nor how I’ve been given fresh towels. We got back early afternoon, went to the room and still nothing had been done. I went back down and told Zabrina I within 10 minutes maintenance was up in my room bringing a new Keurig. Then probably 10 minutes later housekeeping came in and only replaced my bath towels. The room always felt very humid as if the air conditioning was not drawing out the humidity. I use a CPAP and I actually had to shut off the humidifier feature on it.
