Positives:
Time we walked in we all said we liked it. I asked a lot of questions of your staff and got the right answers! The room was so neat and clean, we made sure it stayed that way. We took our own trash out, folded and stacked the dirty towels in the bathroom floor, asked for extra trash bags for the 2 receptacles so we could keep the cans clean. All of this because we appreciated the quality. And we were allowed to purchase an extra day to meet our vacation experiences.

There was a problem with unattended children in the room above us. The running, jumping, & stomping of feet started when we checked in at 4 pm, was still going when we returned to our room at after our concert at 10 pm. The attendant told us that he would not be able to do anything about the problem. We tried playing music, but nothing could drown out the constant pounding sound. We got dressed & left at 11:15 pm, and drove home. As we were leaving there was a woman sitting on the floor at the end of the hall talking on her cell phone & smoking a cigarette.

The hotel is modern, clean, and in good repair. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were huge and beautifully modern. The water pressure was decent. The shampoos and soaps were very nice. I was in a hurry so I didn't get to stay for breakfast but it looked good. The staff was super helpful and gracious. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family and make sure all our needs were met. I would be happy to stay here again.
Negatives:
Nothing negative to say about this hotel. Prices were up due to the holiday season but this one was more responsible than others. The location is quiet and away from all the noise of downtown. The town is a mix of new and old, but had some great little restaurants. The staff was excellent.
