Positives: We liked the room and front desk clerks. The hotel and room were clean. We really liked the step-in shower!

Negatives: Although we really liked the step-in shower, we were not impressed at all that there were no bars to hold onto in the shower. Older people need something to help stabilize/keep their balance while in the shower. It would be nice to have a shelf for shower soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The coffee tasted like instant coffee.

Positives: Shower was hot, bedding clean and hot breakfast

Negatives: My reservation was for two queen beds and a pull out sofa sleeper, we had five adults with us and when we arrived at 8:30 p.m. after driving 18 hours we were given a room with two beds. They had no additional rooms, no roll away beds and expected us to sleep on the floor. I did text Priceline with a message with no response.

We will not be returning to that facility and honestly will be unlikely to use Priceline again.
